Spa Renew Policies & Procedures
While policies aren't the most exciting part of what we do at the Spa, they do create a framework and safeguard the best interest of both our clients and our technicians.
The Policies
Appointments:

All appointments must be guaranteed with cash or a major credit card on file.

The scheduled time needed for your service(s) is reserved exclusively for you. Please, plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service time. This is a courtesy to our clients and will prevent a delay in upcoming schedules for the day. If you are later than your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged for the full amount of time allotted for your service. For example, if you are 15 minutes late, you will be charged in full for your service(s). However, you will receive a prorated 45-minute service for a 60-minute session, etc.

Upon arrival, Please Check In at the front desk. If it is your first visit at the Spa for massage or facial services, we ask that you fill out the necessary E-Forms for our records prior to your appointment. If you have any questions or inquiries, please call our front desk during business hours. If you call and receive our voicemail, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Cancellations:

Spa Renew reserves the right to charge the credit card on file, if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than the notice required by this Cancellation Policy.

We require a 24-hour notice for all cancelations. If cancelation is made after the 24-hour notice, a $25 service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

No Shows will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled.

For Spa Parties of 3 or more clients, a 48-hour notice for your group is needed for cancelation. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the cost of the services should the policy be disregarded.

Payment & Pricing:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, Cash, and Personal Checks. Prices do not include gratuity.

A $50 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.

Gift Certificates are a pre-payment for services at Spa Renew. All Gift Certificates have a Date of Expiration on Certificate, please be aware of date and schedule your appointment prior to the expiration date. They will expire 9 months after of the date purchased.

Gift Certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, are nontransferable and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate. Gift Certificate must be present to redeem the certificate.

We regret that cancellations within 24 hours’ notice a $25 deduction will be taken off the total amount of the gift certificate and a no show will be the full amount of the service scheduled will be deducted.

At Spa Renew, we strive to exceed your expectations as you relax and enjoy one of our many available services. While we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
Tips for your Visit:

Please respect the quiet atmosphere of Spa Renew. We ask that you refrain from talking too loudly and that you silence all cell phones.

Please do not bring valuables with you, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Be sure to drink plenty of water before and after a massage or spa treatment.

If you are receiving a body treatment, please be sure to bring or wear an old bathing suit or undergarments that you do not mind staining.
